Characteristics of the work:
Repair of complex electronic electrical equipment and engine control systems of passenger cars, trucks and passenger cars of domestic and foreign manufacturers using stands, wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
Checking and repairing the electronic control unit using diagnostic equipment.
Repair of electrical appliances and electronic components requiring special equipment and devices.
Determination of the technical condition and repair of electrical equipment of special equipment, specialized and new brands of cars.
Drawing up and maintaining technical documentation.
Consulting on complex technical issues.
Training of workers with lower qualifications.
Must know:
* Design and principle of operation of electrical equipment of cars of domestic and foreign manufacturers
* Car electrical connection diagrams
* Instrumentation and their purpose
* Rules for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of automobiles
*Safety rules when working with electrical equipment
* Basic provisions of labor organization in production
§ 2. Electrician for repairing electrical equipment of cars of the 4th category
Characteristics of the work:
Repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of domestic cars and trucks, buses and special equipment.
Checking and repairing generators, starters, electric motors, batteries, lighting and alarm systems, electrical wiring, electronic units and engine control sensors.
Checking and adjusting electronic equipment, fuel injection and ignition engine systems.
Repair and adjustment of devices.
Elimination of failures in electrical circuits using instrumentation and technical documentation.
Must know:
* Basics of electrical engineering, electronics
* Design and principle of operation of electrical equipment of automobiles
* Characteristics of electrical materials and insulating materials
* Car electrical connection diagrams
* Instrumentation and their purpose
* Rules for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of automobiles
*Safety rules when working with electrical equipment
* Basic provisions of labor organization in production
§ 3. Electrician for repairing electrical equipment of cars of the 3rd category
Characteristics of the work:
Repair of electrical equipment of passenger cars and light and medium-duty trucks under the guidance of a more highly qualified electrician or as prescribed by a specialist.
Inspection, diagnostics and routine repair and maintenance of electrical equipment and wiring.
Replacement of batteries, generators, starters, electric motors, lighting elements and electrical wiring.
Checking and adjusting switches, sensors, relays.
Elimination of failures in simple electrical circuits.
Must know:
* Basic information on electrical engineering
* Design and principle of operation of electrical equipment of cars and trucks
* Basic faults in electrical equipment and ways to eliminate them
* Car electrical connection diagrams
* Rules for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of automobiles
*Safety rules when working with electrical equipment
§ 4. Electrician for repairing electrical equipment of cars, 2nd category
Characteristics of the work:
Cleaning, lubrication and installation of individual components of electrical equipment and wires.
Soldering, welding of simple wire assemblies and electrical equipment parts.
Charging and installing batteries on a car.
Connecting and removing wires from the battery and electrical appliances.
Washing electrical appliances.
Must know:
* Purpose and principle of operation of electrical equipment of automobiles
* Purpose and methods of use of power tools and accessories
* Rules for handling electrical equipment
*Safety rules when working with electrical equipment
§ 5. Electrician for repairing electrical equipment of cars, 1st category
Characteristics of the work:
Supply and removal of tools, fixtures, materials and parts.
Participation in the repair of electrical equipment of cars.
Washing parts in a degreaser solution.
Cleaning products with compressed air.
Must know:
