Purpose of the program: To prepare qualified specialists capable of diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electrical systems of automobiles.
Admission requirements:
* Have secondary general or vocational education
Duration of training:
* 10 months (full-time study)
Program content:
Theoretical course:
* Basics of electrical and electronics engineering
* Car electrical equipment
* Power systems
* Ignition systems
* Starting and charging systems
* Lighting and alarm systems
* Electronic control systems
* Diagnostics and repair of automotive electrical systems
Practical course:
* Diagnostics and repair of starters and generators
* Diagnostics and repair of ignition systems
* Diagnostics and repair of lighting and alarm systems
* Diagnostics and repair of electronic control systems
* Maintenance of automotive electrical systems
Educational practice:
* Training practice in a car service (3 months)
Industrial practice:
* Industrial practice in a car service center (2 months)
Qualifying exam:
* Upon completion of training, a qualifying exam is held.
* Those who successfully pass the exam are awarded the qualification “Car Electrician Repair Fitter” 3rd category.
