Electrical circuit of the washing machine

Working principle:

1. The control unit receives commands from the user through the user interface and starts the appropriate washing program.

4. The heating element heats the water to the set temperature.
5. The pressure switch measures the water level in the drum and reports it to the control unit.
6. Water supply valves open and close in accordance with the signal from the pressure switch to maintain the required water level.
7. The drain pump removes water from the drum after the wash cycle has completed.
8. The detergent dispenser releases detergent into the drum at the right time.

Electrical connections:

* All components are connected to each other by wires and connectors.
* The control unit is usually powered by an AC power source.
* The heating element, motor and drain pump are connected to the power source via relays or control modules.
* Water supply valves are controlled by electrical solenoids.
* The pressure switch transmits electrical signals to the control unit.
