Location of the engine cooling fan on a Hyundai Accent Tagaz with automatic transmission:
1. Open the hood.
2. The cooling fan is usually located in front of the engine, behind the radiator grille.

Checking the functionality of the cooling fan:
1. Start the engine.
2. Wait a few minutes for the engine to warm up to operating temperature.

Replacing the cooling fan:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Loosen and remove the alternator belt.
3. Disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector.
4. Remove the fan mounting bolts and remove it from the engine.
5. Install the new fan and tighten the mounting bolts.
6. Connect the fan electrical connector.
7. Install the alternator belt and tighten it.
8. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
