Coding automatic transmission 09G using VAS-Diagnostic

Required equipment:

* VAS-Diagnostic interface
* Computer or laptop with VAS-PC software installed

Procedure:

1. Connect VAS-Diagnostician to the vehicle diagnostic connector.
2. Launch VAS-PC software.
3. Select a car from the list.
4. Go to the Transmission Electronics module.
5. Select the “Encoding” tab.

Encoding options:

Coding procedure:

1. Make the necessary changes to the encoding parameters.
2. Click the “Encode” button.
3. Confirm the encoding by clicking “Yes”.
4. Wait for the encoding process to complete.

Note:

*Always check codes for compatibility with your specific vehicle and transmission type.
* Incorrect coding may result in transmission malfunctions.
* Before performing the encoding procedure, it is recommended to make a backup copy of your existing settings.
