Replacing an automatic transmission cooling radiator in a Chevrolet Orlando

Required tools and materials:

* New automatic transmission cooling radiator
* Transmission fluid
* Funnel
* Wrenches or ratchet with socket set
* Hose puller
* Container for draining transmission fluid

Replacement procedure:

1. Remove the negative terminal from the battery.
2. Raise the vehicle on a lift or use a jack and stands.
3. Remove the lower engine guard.
4. Disconnect the automatic transmission cooling hoses from the radiator using a hose puller.
5. Drain the transmission fluid from the automatic transmission into a container by unscrewing the drain plug.
6. Unscrew the bolts securing the radiator to the frame and remove the radiator.
7. Install the new radiator in place and tighten the mounting bolts.
8. Connect the automatic transmission cooling hoses to the radiator and tighten the clamps.
9. Tighten the automatic transmission drain plug.
10. Fill in new transmission fluid through the funnel to the level indicated on the dipstick.
11. Start the engine and run it for a few minutes, shifting gears to bleed the fluid.
12. Check the fluid level and add if necessary.
13. Reinstall the lower engine guard.
14. Connect the negative terminal to the battery.
15. Reset the automatic transmission maintenance counter, if provided for your vehicle.
