Tools and materials:

* Set of keys
* 30 mm head
* 24 mm head
* 18 mm head
* Flat blade screwdriver
* Hammer
* Chisel
* New right drive oil seal
* Gearbox oil
* Rags

Steps:

1. Preparing the car

* Place the car on a flat surface.
*Put it on the parking brake.
* Raise the front right side of the car with a jack and secure it with stands.

2. Wheel removal

* Loosen the wheel nuts, but do not remove them completely.
* Raise the car using a jack until the wheel comes off the ground.
* Unscrew the wheel nuts and remove it.

3. Removing the brake caliper and caliper

* Remove the two brake caliper bracket bolts using an 18mm socket.
* Remove the bracket and disconnect it from the brake hose.
* Hang the caliper on a wire or secure it to the car body so that it is not in the way.

4. Removing the hub

* Unscrew the center hub nut using a 30mm socket. Use a hammer and chisel if the nut is stuck.
* Remove the hub along with the brake disc.

5. Removing the CV joint from the gearbox

* Wrap the CV joint tip with a rag.
* Hit the tip firmly with a hammer to dislodge it from the gearbox.

6. Removing the oil seal

* Inspect the oil seal hole in the gearbox. If the seal is damaged, you will see oil or dirt.
* Remove the old oil seal using a flat blade screwdriver.

7. Installing a new oil seal

* Apply a thin layer of sealant to the outer surface of the new oil seal.
* Reinstall the oil seal into the hole in the gearbox. Make sure the seal is installed correctly and flush with the surface.

8. Assembly of the unit

* Insert the CV joint back into the transmission. Make sure it is fully seated and clicks into place.
* Reinstall the hub together with the brake disc.
* Tighten the central hub nut to 250-300 Nm.
* Install the brake caliper bracket and tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 100 Nm.
* Connect the brake hose to the caliper.

9. Wheel installation

* Reinstall the wheel.
* Tighten the wheel nuts to a torque of 100-120 Nm.

10. Final steps

* Lower the vehicle to the ground.
* Fill the gearbox with new oil if oil leaks out during removal.
* Check the oil level and add if necessary.
*Bleed the brake system to remove air.

*Use a high quality oil seal to avoid future leaks.
* Apply sealant to the oil seal surface to ensure a tight seal.
* Torque all bolts and nuts to factory specifications.
*If you are unsure, consult a qualified mechanic.
