Vasya The diagnostician cannot measure the automatic transmission oil temperature.

You can check the automatic transmission oil temperature in one of the following ways:

* Via OBD-II scanner with automatic transmission temperature measurement function: Some scanners, such as Autel MaxiSys or Launch X431, can read automatic transmission oil temperature from the vehicle’s ECU.
* Using an IR pyrometer: point the pyrometer at the automatic transmission pan or oil temperature sensor housing and read the temperature.
* Checking the dipstick: some cars have a dipstick to measure the level and temperature of the automatic transmission oil. Pull out the dipstick and check the level and temperature at the marks.
* Using an automatic transmission diagnostic stand: connect the stand to the automatic transmission and run diagnostics, which includes measuring the oil temperature.
