Responsibilities of an electrician for car wiring:
Diagnostics and troubleshooting:
* Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical wiring and electrical components of the vehicle.
* Checking electrical circuits, fuses and relays.
*Use diagnostic equipment and wiring diagrams to determine problems.
Installation and repair of electrical equipment:
* Installation, repair and replacement of electrical equipment including starters, alternators, wiring harnesses and fuses.
*Modify and upgrade electrical systems as needed.
Maintenance:
* Checking, cleaning and lubricating electrical connections.
* Testing and checking the condition of the battery and generator.
* Replacement of worn or damaged components.
Other responsibilities:
* Eliminate current leaks and other electrical wiring problems.
* Drawing up reports on faults and work performed.
* Compliance with safety regulations and standards.
* Work in a team with other mechanics and specialists.
Requirements:
* Diploma or certificate in automotive electrical wiring.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a car wiring electrician.
