3rd category
Characteristics of the work. Carrying out preventive inspection and routine repairs of generators, starters, transformers, electric motors and other electrical equipment of vehicles. Dismantling and installation of electrical equipment. Replacement of brushes, armatures, commutators, windings, shafts and other parts of electrical equipment and their adjustment. Carrying out electrical installation work on vehicles during their maintenance. Charging batteries.
Must know: the structure and principle of operation of generators, starters, transformers, electric motors and other electrical equipment of cars; rules and methods of installation and dismantling of electrical equipment; methods for detecting and eliminating faults and methods for adjusting electrical equipment; rules for using measuring instruments, electrical installation and other tools.
4th category
Characteristics of the work. Carrying out work on major repairs of generators, starters, transformers, electric motors and other electrical equipment of cars. Characterization and adjustment of electrical equipment on test benches. Defects and repairs of frames, windings, assemblies and parts. Testing of electrical equipment after repair. Dismantling and installation of electrical equipment. Commissioning work during commissioning.
Must know: the structure and principle of operation of the electrical equipment of cars being repaired; typical faults of electrical equipment and methods for their elimination; methods of repair and restoration of parts and assemblies; techniques for disassembling and assembling electrical equipment, methods of alignment and adjustment; methods for testing and adjusting electrical equipment on test benches; rules for using calibration and measuring instruments and complex electrical installation tools.
5th category
Characteristics of the work. Carrying out work on repairing complex electrical equipment of cars and trucks, buses, trolleybuses, tractors and other machines. Carrying out work on the restoration of parts and components of electrical equipment using the method of material build-up and surfacing. Performing electric welding and gas welding work. Carrying out installation and dismantling of electrical equipment. Setting up and regulating electrical equipment.
Must know: the structure and operating principle of the electrical equipment being repaired; modern methods of diagnostics, restoration and repair of electrical equipment; methods and methods of installation and dismantling; rules for using welding and electrical tools, fixtures and special equipment; requirements of standards and technical specifications for electrical equipment and its repair.
When performing work of increased complexity in conditions different from normal, the following increasing factors are applied to tariff rates (salaries):
– when performing work at a height of more than 15 m and associated with the use of climbing equipment and special safety equipment – 1.2;
– when performing work in premises (structures) classified as hazardous – 1.3;
– when performing work on the roofs of one-story buildings without fencing, as well as on other areas of work classified as particularly heavy, an increasing factor of 1.1 is applied to the tariff rate (salary) with the corresponding inter-grade coefficient related to it.
