Mode “D” (Drive):

* The car automatically changes gears, optimizing performance and fuel efficiency.
*Used for normal driving.

Mode “S” (Sport):

* Gear shifts at higher rpm for improved performance.
* Used for more dynamic driving.

Mode “L” (Low):

* Gears remain at lower rpm, providing more torque and engine braking.
* Used when driving on steep slopes, towing or off-road driving.

Tiptronic mode (Manual):

* The driver can select gears manually using the gear lever or steering wheel paddles.
*Used to optimize vehicle performance and control in certain situations.

How to use tiptronic:

1. Move the gearshift lever to the “M” position (manual mode).
2. Press the “+” paddle or pull the lever back to shift to a higher gear.
3. Press the “-” paddle or push the lever forward to shift to a lower gear.
4. Let off the gas while changing gears for a smooth transition.

Tips for using tiptronic:

* To save fuel, stay in higher gears.
* To improve performance, shift to lower gears.
* When driving downhill or when braking, use manual gear shift for engine braking.
* Switch between “D”, “S” and “L” modes depending on driving conditions.

Precautions:

*Do not shift to manual transmission at high speeds as this may damage the transmission.
* Do not stop the vehicle in gear as this may damage the transmission.
