Instructions for changing the oil in a Toyota Caldina automatic transmission:

1. Preparation:

* Shift between all gears, holding each gear for a few seconds.
* Remove the dipstick and check the oil level. It should be between the “HOT” and “COLD” marks on the dipstick.

6. Final check:

* Tighten the drain and fill plugs.
* Reset the battery terminal to reset the automatic transmission adaptive settings.
* Start the engine and check for smooth gear shifting.

Notes:

* It is recommended to change the oil in the Toyota Caldina automatic transmission every 60,000-100,000 kilometers or every 2-3 years.
*Only use ATF oil specified in the owner’s manual.
*Do not overfill or add oil.
* Be sure to tighten the plugs to the torque specified in the service manual.
