Location of the automatic transmission speed sensor on Nissan Teana J31:
1. Remove the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Get under the car and find the transmission.
3. The automatic transmission speed sensor is usually located on the transmission output shaft.
4. It will have a two-wire connector.
Replacing the automatic transmission speed sensor:
1. Disconnect the sensor connector.
2. Unscrew the sensor using a 22mm wrench.
3. Apply some transmission fluid to the O-ring of the new sensor.
4. Screw in the new sensor by hand.
5. Tighten the sensor with a 22mm wrench.
6. Connect the sensor connector.
7. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
