Steps to change automatic transmission oil in Lexus RX450h hybrid:
1. Prepare the car. Place the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake. Allow the engine to cool.

3. Disconnect the drain hose. Find the drain hose connected to the automatic transmission pan. Disconnect the hose and place a container underneath to catch the old oil.
