Mitsubishi Grandis was equipped with the following automatic transmissions:
5-speed INVECS-II
* Installed on models with 2.0 l and 2.4 l engines produced before 2009.
* Has a “Sport” mode for a more active ride.
* Features smooth gear shifting and good economy.
6-speed INVECS-III
* Installed on models with 2.4 l and 3.0 l engines since 2009.
* Provides faster and smoother shifts as well as better fuel efficiency.
* Has an “Eco” mode to reduce fuel consumption.

Care and maintenance:
* Check the transmission fluid level regularly.
* Change transmission fluid and filter according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
* Do not subject the transmission to heavy loads, especially when towing trailers or under extreme driving conditions.
