Unfortunately, the Audi A6 was never equipped with a CVT transmission. The following types of transmissions were installed on this car:
* 5- or 6-speed manual transmission
* 8-speed automatic transmission with torque converter (Tiptronic)
* 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (S tronic)
