Materials:
* Set of gaskets and seals for gearbox
* Transmission fluid ATF Dexron VI
* RTV sealant
* One hundred ring remover
* Set of wrenches or ratchets
* Set of sockets and ratchets
* Hammer
* Wooden block or mandrel
Steps:
1. Preparation
* Drain the transmission fluid from the gearbox.
* Disconnect the electrical connectors and lines from the transmission.
* Remove the drive shafts by unscrewing the hub mounting bolts.
2. Disassembling the gearbox
* Remove the transmission pan by unscrewing the bolts.
* Remove the pan gasket.
* Remove the oil filter and replace it with a new one.
* Remove the hydraulic unit by unscrewing the mounting bolts.
* Remove the valve body pistons and springs.
3. Inspection and replacement of parts
* Inspect all parts for wear or damage. Replace any damaged parts.
* Clean all parts of old sealant and debris.
4. Valve block assembly
* Install new pistons and springs into the valve body.
* Reinstall the valve body and tighten the mounting bolts.
5. Gearbox assembly
* Install a new pan gasket and place the pan in place.
* Install the new oil pump filter and tighten it with the bolt.
* Install the transmission oil pump and tighten the mounting bolts.
* Install the drive shaft bushing.
* Install the drive shaft and tighten the mounting bolt.
* Install the driven shaft and tighten the mounting bolt.
* Install the differential and tighten the mounting bolts.
* Install the planetary gears and tighten the mounting bolts.
6. Installation of gaskets and seals
* Apply RTV sealant to all gaskets and seals.
* Reinstall the side cover gasket and side cover.
* Reinstall the rear cover gasket and the rear cover.
* Reinstall the shank body gasket and shank body.
7. Installation of drive shafts
* Install the drive shafts and tighten the hub bolts.
8. Installing transmission fluid
* Fill the transmission with ATF Dexron VI fluid.
* Install the dipstick and check the fluid level.
*Add liquid if necessary.
9. Connecting electrical connectors and pipelines
* Connect the electrical connectors and lines to the transmission.
10. Checking the work
* Start the engine and change gears.
* Check for leaks or unusual noises.

*Use quality transmission fluid and gaskets.
* Clean all parts of old sealant and debris before assembly.
* Torque bolts to recommended specifications.
