Materials:
* Box with machines (size is selected depending on the number of machines)
* Circuit breakers (required quantity and ratings)
* Zero bus (N) and ground bus (PE)
* Input/Output Devices (I/O)
* Terminals for connecting wires
* Electrical tape
Tools:
* Screwdriver
* Side cutters
* Stripper for removing insulation
Assembly order:
1. Installation of machines:
* Place the machines in the box, securing them to the DIN rail.
* Connect the machines to each other with wires through the terminals.
2. Tire installation:
* Install the neutral (N) and ground (PE) buses to the corresponding terminals on the box.
* Connect the busbars to the wires via terminals.
3. Airborne installation:
* Install I/O devices at the input and output of the box.
* Connect the UVV to the N and PE buses.
4. Wire connection:
* Connect the phase wires to the corresponding terminals of the machines.
* Connect the neutral wires to the N bus.
* Connect the ground wires to the PE busbar.
5. Insulation and marking:
* Insulate all connections with electrical tape.
* Label circuit breakers and wires for ease of maintenance.
6. Functionality check:
* Turn on the power supply and check the operation of the machines and the distribution of electricity.
Adviсe:
* Use tires and machines of the correct rating to ensure safety and reliable operation.
*Tighten all connections securely to prevent loose contacts.
*Make sure the box is large enough to accommodate all components.
* Leave room for ventilation to prevent overheating.
* Follow electrical safety rules and PUE standards during assembly.
