The procedure for adapting the automatic transmission after changing the oil in a Volkswagen Touareg:
Tools:
* Vag-COM or diagnostic scanner ODIS
Instructions:
1. Connect VAG-COM or ODIS to the vehicle diagnostic port.
2. Start the engine and let it idle.
3. Move the gear shift lever from the Park (P) position to the Drive (D) position.
4. Press the brake pedal and keep it depressed.
