Adaptation process
1. Connect VAS-Diagnostic to the vehicle diagnostic port.
2. Launch the VAS-Diagnostic software on your computer.
3. Log in using your credentials.
4. Select your car make and model.
5. Go to the «Transmission» or «Gearbox» menu.
6. Select «Adaptation».
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the onboarding process. Instructions may vary depending on vehicle make and model.
8. Click the «Start» button to begin adaptation.
9. The adaptation process will take a few minutes. Expect progress messages to appear on your screen.
10. When the adaptation is completed, VAS Diagnostic will display a success message.
Notes
*Before performing the adaptation, make sure the vehicle’s engine is idling.
* Do not turn off the engine or disable VAS-Diagnostician during adaptation.
* If adaptation is unsuccessful, contact a qualified mechanic.
* The adaptation procedure may reset adaptation settings made previously.
