* Raise the car on a jack or lift.
* Find the automatic transmission oil pan and drain the old oil into a suitable container.

*If you are changing the oil filter, remove the old filter from the pan and install the new one.

3. Installing the oil pan and filling in new oil

* Install the oil pan and tighten the bolts.
* Pour new ATF oil into the gearbox through the filler plug. Refer to the required amount of oil indicated in your vehicle’s owner’s manual.

4. Connecting the scanner and performing adaptation

* Connect the VIDA/DICE scanner to the vehicle’s diagnostic connector.
* Select the model and year of your car.
* Go to Transmission > Automatic Transmission.
* Select the “Adapt” option.
*Follow the instructions on the scanner screen.

5. Test drive

* Start the engine and allow it to run until it reaches operating temperature.
* Shift the gear lever through all positions several times.
* Take the car for a test drive and check if the gears shift normally.

6. Re-adaptation (if necessary)

*If you notice any problems with gear shifting, a readjustment may be required. Repeat steps 4 and 5.

Note:

*Always check the ATF level after adaptation to ensure it is between the “cold” and “hot” marks on the dipstick.
