Automatic transmission filter for Hyundai Elantra

Replacement procedure:

1. Set the vehicle to the parking brake and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood and find the automatic transmission.
3. Find the drain plug at the bottom of the automatic transmission and place the drain pan.
4. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the automatic transmission fluid.
5. When fluid stops flowing, replace the drain plug and tighten it.
6. Find the automatic transmission pan and unscrew the bolts that secure it.
7. Remove the pan carefully so as not to spill any remaining liquid.
8. Remove the old automatic transmission filter and replace it with a new one.
9. Reinstall the pan and tighten the bolts.
10. Fill in new automatic transmission fluid through the dipstick hole.
11. Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
12. Check the automatic transmission fluid level using the dipstick and add fluid if necessary.
