Check the main electrical components:

* Battery: Check the battery terminals for corrosion or looseness. Measure the battery voltage with a multimeter (should be around 12.6 V).
* Starter: Try cranking the starter by hand (open the hood and short the starter terminal wires). If the starter does not turn, replace it.
* Starter Solenoid: If the starter turns but the engine does not start, check the starter solenoid. It may need to be cleaned or replaced.

Check major electrical systems:

* Electrical Wires: Inspect the wires under the hood and in the interior for damage, cracks, or exposed wires.
*Fuses: Check the engine starting fuses for blown fuses. Replace blown fuses.
* Relay: Check the starter and fuel pump relays for proper operation. Relays can fail due to excessive heat or corrosion.

Check the ignition system:

* Spark Plugs: Remove and inspect the spark plugs. Remove carbon deposits from them and replace if necessary.
*Spark Plug Wires: Check the spark plug wires for damage or wear. Replace them if they are damaged.
* Ignition Coil: Check the ignition coil for proper operation using a multimeter or oscilloscope.

Check the fuel system:

* Fuel pump: Test the fuel pump by applying power directly to its terminals (wear gloves and use safety precautions). The fuel pump should pump fuel with a characteristic sound.
* Fuel filter: Replace the clogged fuel filter.
* Fuel lines: Inspect fuel lines for leaks, cracks or blockages.

Other troubleshooting tips:

* Check Sensors: Inspect the engine temperature and crankshaft speed sensors for proper operation. Faulty sensors can affect engine starting.
* Reset the ECU (Engine Control Unit): Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery for 10-15 minutes and then reconnect it. This may reset the ECU and solve some starting problems.
* Check the starter gear: The starter gear may be worn and not engage the flywheel. Replace worn starter gear.
* Check engine compression: Low compression levels can make the engine difficult to start. Check compression using a compression gauge.
