Responsibilities of a Truck Electrician

* Diagnostics and repair of electrical systems of trucks, including
* Electrical wiring
* Batteries
* Starters
* Generators
* Lighting
* Engine starting systems
* Air conditioning systems
* Troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems, including
* Engine management systems
* Braking systems
* Steering systems
* Lighting systems
* Heating and ventilation systems
* Installation and installation of electrical equipment such as
*Additional lights
*GPS systems
* Audio systems
* Testing and tuning electrical systems according to manufacturer specifications
* Adhere to safety standards and follow established procedures
* Maintaining documentation and preparing reports on work performed

Requirements

* Diploma or certificate in electrical or mechatronics engineering
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck electrician
* Knowledge of operating principles of truck electrical systems
