Removal

Tools and materials:

* Set of socket wrenches
* Flat blade screwdriver
* Hammer
* Punch

Steps:

1. Remove the engine protection.
2. Remove the bolt securing the right front wheel.
3. Raise the front of the car and remove the right front wheel.
4. Disconnect the tie rod end from the steering knuckle.
5. Remove the three bolts securing the steering knuckle to the lower suspension arm.
6. Press the steering knuckle away from the hub using a hammer and punch.
7. Remove the drive shaft from the transmission side.
8. Place the drive shaft on a clean surface.
9. Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring holding the oil seal.
10. Remove the oil seal.

Installation

Tools and materials:

* New oil seal for the right automatic transmission drive
* Flat blade screwdriver
* Grease
* Spring ring

Steps:

1. Clean the oil seal seat on the drive shaft.
2. Apply grease to the outer edge of the new oil seal.
3. Install the snap ring onto the drive shaft.
4. Install the new oil seal onto the drive shaft using a flat blade screwdriver.
5. Make sure the oil seal is installed correctly and that the snap ring holds it securely in place.
6. Reinstall the drive shaft.
7. Tighten the steering knuckle mounting bolts.
8. Attach the tie rod end to the steering knuckle.
9. Install the wheel and tighten the bolt.
10. Remove the car from the jack.
11. Install engine protection.
