Instructions:

1. Safety first:

* Stop the engine and let the car cool down.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Draining the automatic transmission oil:

* Apply automatic transmission sealant to the sealing surface of the pan.
* Reinstall the pan and tighten the bolts.
* Connect the electrical connector of the automatic transmission oil level sensor.

6. Filling automatic transmission oil:

* Fill in new automatic transmission oil through the dipstick hole. The amount of oil you need to add depends on your specific Honda Civic model. Check your vehicle’s owner’s manual for the correct information.
* Insert the dipstick and check the oil level. Add or drain oil as necessary.

7. Inspection and testing:

* Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.
* Check for oil leaks.

8. Final check of oil level:

* Drive the car for 10-15 minutes and allow the oil to warm up and cool down.
* Place the car on a flat surface.
