Gear shift lever in position “P” (park)

* Locks the transmission, preventing the vehicle from moving.
* The vehicle must be parked on a level surface and the parking brake must be applied.

Gear shift lever in position “R” (reverse)

* Enables reverse gear.
* Use reverse mode only when driving backwards.

Gear shift lever in position “N” (neutral)

* Disconnects the transmission from the engine.
* Allows the car to roll freely without engaging gear.
* Use the neutral position in the following cases:
*When towing a vehicle
* During short stops, for example at traffic lights
*When starting the engine

Gear shift lever in position “D” (drive)

* Enables automatic forward shifting.
* The transmission will automatically shift to higher gears when accelerating and to lower gears when decelerating.

Gear shift lever in position “L” (low gear)

* Designed for driving in conditions with limited traction, such as steep slopes or towing a trailer.
*Keeps the gear at lower engine speeds, increasing torque at the expense of speed.

“Sport” button

* Modifies shift characteristics by holding gears at higher engine speeds for better responsiveness.
* Use sport mode for more aggressive driving or overtaking.

Selector lock button

* Locks the gear shift lever, preventing accidental gear shifting.
* To unlock the lever, press the button again.
