Gear selection

*P (Parking): Used to park the vehicle. Blocks the gearbox output shafts.
* R (Reverse): Used to move the vehicle backwards.
* N (Neutral): Turns off transmission. The car moves freely.
* D (Drive): The main gear for moving the car forward.
* 2 and 1: Lower ratio gears used for off-road driving, hill climbing, or towing heavy loads.

Gear shift control

* Gear shift lever: Located on the center console of the vehicle.
* Shift Button: Press this button to switch between P, R, N, D, 2 and 1 modes.

Dashboard indicators

* Segment Gear Indicator: Displays the currently selected gear on the instrument panel.
* ‘P’ indicator: Lights up when the vehicle is in park mode.

Additional features

* Overdrive (O/D): Enabling O/D allows the engine to operate at lower speeds when driving at higher speeds, which saves fuel. To turn O/D on or off, press the O/D button on the gear shift lever.
* Hold: Gear holding function that prevents upshifting on slopes. To engage Hold, move the gearshift lever to the left to the Hold position.

Precautions

* Never change gear while the vehicle is moving.
* Before switching to parking mode, always put the car in neutral (N) mode.
* Do not leave the vehicle in neutral on a slope as it may roll away.
* Check the transmission fluid level regularly and top up if necessary.
