Front loader automatic transmission diagram

Torque converter

* Connects engine and transmission
*Transmits torque from engine to transmission
* Increases torque at low speeds

Planetary gear

* Consists of sun gear, planetary gears and carrier
* Transmits torque and changes gear ratio

Friction discs and clutch discs

* Transmit torque between planetary gear elements
* Press together to engage or disengage gears

Hydraulic control unit

* Controls gear shifting by applying pressure to the friction plates and clutch plates
*Contains solenoids, pressure reducing valves and other components

Hydraulic pump

* Pressurizes the transmission system
*Powered by motor

Cooling system radiator

* Cools transmission fluid to prevent overheating

Transmission control unit (TCU)

* Electronic control unit that optimizes transmission performance
*Adjusts gear shifting depending on operating conditions

Gear shift pattern

* 1st gear: Maximum torque, used for heavy loads
* 2nd gear: Medium torque, used for lifting and lowering loads
* 3rd gear: Maximum speed, used for moving around the territory
