* Electrical tape
* Connection terminals
* New wires if necessary
Steps:
1. Safety: Stop the engine, turn off the ignition and remove the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Diagnose the problem: Use a multimeter to diagnose the problem. Check battery voltage, continuity of fuses and relays, and component resistance.
3. Replacement of components: If the diagnostics reveal a faulty component, such as a fuse or relay, replace it with a new one of the same capacity.
4. Repair or replace wires: If testing shows a broken or damaged wire, repair or replace it. Insulate all connections with electrical tape.
5. Installing New Wiring: If new wiring is required, use appropriate gauge wire and separate it from the existing wiring using protective tape or a cable harness.
6. Connecting Components: Connect wires to the corresponding terminals on components such as lights, gauges, etc. Use jumper terminals to make a reliable connection.
7. Check and Setup: After installation is completed, reconnect the battery and turn on the power. Check the serviceability of all systems and make the necessary adjustments.
