Diagnostic connector

The diagnostic connector is located under the steering column.

Self-diagnosis procedure

1. Place the gear shift lever in the “P” position.
2. Open the hood and connect a diagnostic scanner or a paper clip to pins 5 and 16 of the connector.
3. Turn on the ignition without starting the engine.
4. The error will be displayed as a flashing code on the scanner display or as a sequence of flashes of the CHECK ENGINE indicator light.

Error codes

| 3 | Engine Speed ​​Sensor Error |
| 4 | Car speed sensor error |
| 5 | TPS Solenoid Error |

| 7 | TSS Solenoid Error |
| 8 | Shift Solenoid Error |
| 10 | Hydraulic control unit error |
| 11 | Electronic control unit error |

Resetting error codes

1. Disconnect the connectors from the battery.
2. Wait 15 minutes.
3. Reconnect the connectors to the battery.

*If the error code is displayed repeatedly, the problem requires diagnosis and repair by a qualified mechanic.
*Self-diagnosis is not a complete diagnostic procedure and may not identify all automatic transmission problems.
