The procedure for replacing the rear engine mount on a Lancer 9 with automatic transmission:

Required tools and materials:

* Wrench set
* Jack
* Supports
* New rear engine mount
* Sealant for gaskets

Instructions:

1. Ensure safety. Park the vehicle on a level surface, apply the parking brake, and disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Raise the car. Raise the rear of the car with a jack and place jack stands at safe points.

3. Disconnect the exhaust pipe. Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the exhaust pipe by unscrewing the mounting bolts.

4. Remove the automatic transmission mount. Remove the automatic transmission mount by unscrewing the mounting bolts.

5. Remove the rear engine mount. Unscrew the rear engine mount bolts and remove it from the vehicle.

6. Clean surfaces. Clean the surfaces where the new support will be installed from dirt and corrosion.

7. Apply sealant. Apply gasket sealant to the mating surfaces of the new support.

8. Install a new support. Install the new rear engine mount into place and tighten the mounting bolts.

9. Install the automatic transmission mount. Install the automatic transmission mount and tighten the fastening bolts.

10. Connect the exhaust pipe. Connect the exhaust pipe to the downpipe and tighten the mounting bolts.

11. Lower the vehicle. Lower the vehicle from the stands.

12. Connect the negative terminal of the battery. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

Adviсe:

* It is recommended to replace the rear engine mount every 100,000 km or when signs of wear such as vibration or knocking appear.
* When tightening the support mounting bolts, be sure to adhere to the specified torque to prevent damage to the component.
*After replacing the mount, it is recommended to take a test drive to ensure there are no problems.
