Tools and materials:
* Phillips screwdriver
* Multimeter (to check electrical connections)
* Wire strippers
* Electrical tape
* Waterproof connection box
Instructions:
1. Follow safety precautions
* Disconnect power from the electrical outlet before starting work.
* Wear rubber gloves to protect against electric shock.
2. Position the washing machine
* Place the washing machine in the desired location.
* Make sure it is on a level surface and does not wobble.
3. Know the electrical requirements
* Check your washing machine’s owner’s manual or nameplate to determine its electrical requirements (voltage, current, outlet type).
4. Install an outlet (if required)
* If there is no outlet or it does not meet the requirements, you must install a new one.
* Use a grounded electrical outlet designed for household appliances.
* Place the outlet at a height of 40-60 cm from the floor, next to the washing machine.
5. Check wiring
* Using a multimeter, check the wires going to the outlet.
* Make sure the grounding wire is connected to the grounding prong of the outlet.
* Make sure the power wires (hot, neutral and ground) are color coded correctly.
6. Connect the washing machine to the outlet
* Plug the washing machine cord into an outlet.
* Make sure the plug is inserted firmly.
7. Connect the waterproof connection box (if required)
*If the connection box is not installed, please connect it to the back of the washing machine.
* Connect the wires to the corresponding terminals on the connection box.
8. Wrap connections with electrical tape
* Wrap all connections with electrical tape to protect them from moisture and short circuits.
9. Turn on the power
* Turn on the mains power.
* Run the washing machine to check if it is working properly.
Safety Tips:
* Do not connect your washing machine to an extension cord.
*Use only the cord supplied with your washing machine.
* Do not open the washing machine while it is plugged in.
