Assembly steps:

1. Removing old wiring

* Disconnect the car battery.
* Remove all electrical components (headlights, lights, relays, switches, etc.).
* Remove old wiring by cutting it into manageable sections.

2. Preparing new wiring

* Determine and measure the required length of new wires.
*Cut, strip and solder the appropriate terminals to each wire.
* Install heat shrink tubing over exposed terminals and apply heat to protect them.

3. Installation of new wiring

* Pull the new wiring through the conduits and harnesses using plastic ties or tape to secure them.

* Install new electrical components.

4. Assembling wiring harnesses

* Gather the wires into organized bundles using plastic ties.
* Wrap electrical tape around the harnesses for protection.

5. Connection to battery

*Connect the positive battery cable to the “+” terminal on the battery.
*Connect the negative battery cable to the “-” terminal on the battery.

6. Testing and diagnostics

*Install the battery and check the wiring connection with a multimeter.
* Turn on the headlights and other electrical components to check their functionality.
* If any problems are found, carefully check the connections and wires for damage.

* Use wires of the correct size and use crimp terminals for reliable connections.
* Ensure that the wires are well protected from damage and moisture.
* Connections must be soldered and insulated with heat shrink tubing.
