Required tools:

* Set of socket wrenches
* Hex keys
* Jack and stands
* Screwdriver
* Wrench for loosening nuts
* Container for draining transmission fluid

Procedure:

1. Preparation

* Place the vehicle on a level surface and secure it with the parking brake.
* Jack up the front of the car and place it on stands.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
* Drain the transmission fluid from the gearbox.

2. Removal of components and assemblies

* Remove the following components and assemblies:
* Starter
* Gear shift lever
* Cardan shaft
* Exhaust pipe
*Additional transmission frame (if equipped)

3. Disconnecting electrical and hydraulic connectors

* Disconnect all electrical connectors and hydraulic hoses from the transmission.

4. Unscrewing the bolts

* Unscrew all bolts securing the gearbox to the engine and car body.

5. Gearbox compartment

*Using a pry bar or crowbar, carefully separate the transmission from the engine.

6. Removing the gearbox

* Support the transmission and carefully remove it from the vehicle.

7. Installation of a new gearbox

* Reinstall the new gearbox in the reverse order of removal.
* Screw in all mounting bolts with the appropriate tightening torque.

8. Connecting connectors

* Connect all electrical and hydraulic connectors to the transmission.

9. Installation of components and assemblies

* Install all components and assemblies that were removed:
* Starter
* Gear shift lever
* Cardan shaft
* Exhaust pipe
*Additional transmission frame (if equipped)

10. Filling transmission fluid

* Fill the transmission with transmission fluid according to manufacturer specifications.

11. Checking the fluid level

* Check the transmission fluid level and add if necessary.

12. Battery terminal connection

* Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

13. Resetting adaptations and calibration

*If required, reset adaptations and calibrate transmission using diagnostic scan tool.
