Required tools and materials:

* New automatic transmission oil seal
* Hammer
* Screwdriver
*Socket set
* Ratchet wrench
* Hexagon 8 mm
* Extensions
* Sealant for automatic transmission
* Cleaning solvent
* Gloves

Replacement procedure:

1. Prepare the car. Place the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the engine crankcase protection. If installed, use a socket socket to remove the bolts and guard.

3. Disconnect the drive shaft. Use a socket to remove the hub nut and disconnect the drive shaft from the hub. Repeat this procedure for the other side of the car.

4. Disconnect the steering rack. Use an 8mm hex socket to remove the bolts holding the steering rack to the subframe. Lower the steering rack down.

5. Disconnect the CV joint. Use a screwdriver to disconnect the CV joint from the transmission.

6. Remove the gearbox. Use a socket and extensions to remove the bolts holding the transmission to the engine. Carefully lower the transmission and disconnect it from the engine.

7. Remove the old oil seal. Use a screwdriver or flat tool to carefully pry and remove the old seal.

8. Clean the surface. Remove old oil seal residue and other contaminants from the transmission and crankshaft surfaces using a cleaning solvent.

9. Apply sealant. Apply a thin layer of transmission sealant to the outside of the new oil seal.

10. Install a new oil seal. Insert the new oil seal into the housing and carefully tap it into place with a hammer.

11. Reassemble everything in reverse order. Reassemble all removed components in reverse order. Tighten all bolts to the recommended torque.

12. Check the oil level in the automatic transmission. Start the engine and check the oil level in the automatic transmission. If necessary, add oil to the required level.

13. Connect the battery. Connect the negative terminal of the battery.

Adviсe:

* When installing a new oil seal, make sure it is inserted correctly and is not distorted.
* Use only sealant designed for automatic transmission.
