Automatic transmission solenoids 5HP19 and their functions:

TC Lock-up Solenoid (Torque Converter Lock-up)
* Locks the torque converter when the vehicle is moving at a constant speed, reducing slip and increasing transmission efficiency.

Shift Solenoid A
* Controls gear shifting from 1st to 2nd, and is also activated when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear.

Shift Solenoid B
* Controls gear shifting from 2nd to 3rd, also activated when shifting from 4th to 5th gear.

Line Pressure Solenoid
* Regulates the pressure in the transmission hydraulic system, providing the appropriate pressure for gear shifting and clutch operation.

Speed Sensor Solenoid
* Receives signals from the speed sensor and transmits them to the transmission control unit, which uses them to determine the proper timing of gear shifts.

EPC (Electronic Pressure Control) Solenoid
* Regulates torque converter pressure and activates the kickdown function, which increases engine torque during hard acceleration.
