Auto electrician
Responsibilities:
* Installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems in cars
* Diagnose and troubleshoot wiring, lighting and electronic components
* Installation and configuration of audio systems, navigation and other electronic devices
* Checking the battery, alternator, starter and other electrical components
* Work with electrical diagrams and instruction manuals
* Replacement and repair of damaged or faulty wires, fuses and relays
* Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards
* Testing and tuning of lighting systems, including headlights, side lights and turn signals
* Collaboration with other mechanics and vehicle service specialists
Required skills and knowledge:
* Deep understanding of electrical principles and circuit design
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
* Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components
* Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to operate multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools
* Knowledge of electronic systems and software
* Soldering and power tool skills
*High level of attention to detail and precision
Education and Certification:
*Degree in Automotive Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
* Certification in electrical engineering and vehicle control systems
* Experience as an auto mechanic or electrician
