Electrical circuit of the washing machine

Main components:

*Power Source: 110-120V AC (North America) or 220-240V AC (Rest of the World)
*Power switch: Turns the power on and off
* Control panel: Select programs and functions
* Timer: Determines the duration of the cycle
* Motor: Drives the drum
* Heating element: Heats the water
* Drain pump: Removes water from the drum
* Fill Valve: Allows water to enter the drum
* Door Lock: Keeps the door closed while the machine is running
*Temperature Sensor: Detects water temperature
* Water level sensor: Detects the water level in the drum

Connection diagram:

1. Power supply
* Connect the ground wire (green or yellow with green stripe) to the appropriate terminal.
*Connect the neutral wire (white or gray) to the appropriate terminal.
*Connect the live wire (black, red or brown) to the appropriate terminal.

2. Control panel
* Connect the wires from the buttons and switches to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

3. Timer
* Connect the wires from the timer to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

4. Engine
* Connect the wires from the motor to the appropriate terminals on the control board or motor relay.

5. Heating element
* Connect the wires from the heating element to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

6. Drain pump
* Connect the wires from the drain pump to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

7. Fill valve
* Connect the wires from the fill valve to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

8. Door lock
* Connect the wires from the door lock to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

9. Temperature sensor
* Connect the wires from the temperature sensor to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

10. Water level sensor
* Connect the wires from the water level sensor to the corresponding terminals on the control board.

Note:

* All electrical connections must be made by a qualified electrician.
* Before carrying out any electrical work, unplug the washing machine.
