Dishwasher wiring diagram

Components:

* Power Cable: Provides power to the dishwasher.
* Fuse or circuit breaker: Protects wiring from overloads and short circuits.
* Control Board: Controls the operation of the machine, including the heating element, pump and motors.
* Circulation pump: Circulates water during wash and rinse cycles.
* Heating element: Heats water to a set temperature.
* Detergent dispenser module: Dispenses detergent into the water stream.
* Temperature Sensor: Monitors the water temperature and reports it to the control board.
* Water Level Sensor: Detects the water level in the machine and signals the control board when it is full.
* Drain pump motor: Removes used water from the machine.
* Capacitor: Improves the starting of the drain pump motor.

Connection:

* The power cable is connected to the corresponding terminals on the control board.
* The circulation pump, heating element, detergent dispenser module and other components are also connected to the control board.
* Temperature sensor and water level sensor are also connected to the control board.
* The drain pump motor is connected to the control board via a capacitor.

Working principle:

* The control board receives power from the power cable.
* The user selects the required wash cycle.
* The control board starts the circulation pump, which pumps water through the machine.
* The temperature sensor monitors the water temperature and transmits information to the control board.
* The heating element heats the water to the set temperature.
* The control board runs the detergent dispenser module, which dispenses detergent into the water stream.
* The circulation pump continues to pump water, rinsing dishes and removing food particles.
* At a certain stage of the cycle, the water level sensor signals to the control board that the machine is full.
* The control board stops the water supply.
* After the wash cycle is completed, the control board starts the drain pump motor, which removes the used water.

Security measures:

*Always disconnect the dishwasher from the power source before performing any work.
* When seeking professional assistance, ensure that the technician is suitably qualified.
* Never attempt to repair the electrical components of your dishwasher yourself.
* Check and replace faulty components regularly to ensure safe and efficient operation of your dishwasher.
