Responsibilities:

* Diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems of trucks, trailers and semi-trailers
* Installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of electrical components
* Inspection and testing of electrical wiring, batteries, generators, starters and other equipment
* Collaborate with mechanics and other maintenance professionals to diagnose and troubleshoot problems
* Compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
* Documentation of repairs and maintenance performed
* Keeping your work area and tools in order
* Meeting deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

*Apprenticeship degree or certificate in electrical or auto mechanics
* Experience as a truck electrician is preferred
* Knowledge of truck electrical systems
*Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
*Strong soldering and welding skills
* Knowledge of the use of diagnostic equipment and instruments
* Attention to detail and quality focus
* Interest in working with clients
* Physical endurance to work in various conditions
