Responsibilities:
* Diagnostics and repair of vehicle electrical systems
* Replacement and installation of electronic components such as batteries, starters, alternators and wiring
* Troubleshooting lighting fixtures, power windows, wipers and other electrical devices
* Maintenance and repair of engine control, ignition and charging systems
* Testing and calibration of electrical systems using diagnostic equipment
* Compliance with safety regulations and rules for handling electrical appliances
* Filling out documentation and reporting on completed work
Requirements:
* Certificate or diploma in the specialty “Car electrical repair technician” or a similar field
* From 2 years of experience as a car electrical technician
* Knowledge of electrical principles and vehicle wiring diagrams
* Experience with diagnostic equipment and programs
* Good skills with tools and equipment
*Excellent fine motor skills
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Excellent vision and color perception
*Attention to detail and precision
* Physical endurance and ability to work in a variety of conditions
Preferably:
*ASE Certification or equivalent
* Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles
* Knowledge of car repair software
* Experience communicating with clients
