Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical systems including starters, alternators, wiring, lighting and electronic components.
* Installation and maintenance of car audio systems, navigation devices and other electrical accessories.
* Interpretation of electrical diagrams and service manuals.
* Use of specialized tools and equipment such as multimeters, diagnostic scanners and welders.
* Compliance with all safety regulations and relevant regulations.
Education and experience:
* Diploma in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field.
*ASE (National Association of Automotive Service Technicians) certification preferred.
* 2+ years of experience as a machine electrician.
*Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
* Experience with digital multimeters, diagnostic scanners and other test equipment.
