Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting truck electrical systems
* Diagnose and repair various electrical components including:
* Starters
* Generators
* Wires and harnesses
* Electrical panels
* Lighting devices
* Electronic control systems
* Carrying out electrical tests and measurements
* Recommendations for improving the electrical system and resolving performance issues
* Battery maintenance and repair
* Collaboration with other mechanics and technicians
Requirements:
*Education in Electrical Engineering or relevant experience
* in-depth knowledge of truck electrical systems
*Excellent skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults
* Knowledge and ability to use diagnostic equipment
* Experience working with commercial trucks
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Skills:
* Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams and operating principles of electrical systems
* Ability to operate a multimeter, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment
* Soldering and electrical installation skills
* Knowledge of electrical safety standards
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
* Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex electrical systems
