Steps to change automatic transmission oil in Audi Q5 2019:

Materials:

* New automatic transmission oil for Audi Q5 (usually about 5-6 liters)
* New automatic transmission filter
* New automatic transmission pan gasket
* Oil drain container
* 10 mm spanner
* 5 mm hex key
* Funnel
* Rags
* Gloves

Procedure:

1. Preparation:

* Place the vehicle on a level surface and set the parking brake.
* Allow the engine to cool.

2. Draining the oil:

* Find the automatic transmission drain plug. It is usually located on the automatic transmission tray.
* Place a container to drain the oil under the drain plug.
*Using a 10mm socket wrench, carefully unscrew the drain plug.
* Allow the oil to drain completely. This may take a few minutes.
* Screw the drain plug back.

3. Removing the automatic transmission pan:

* Find the bolts securing the automatic transmission pan.
*Using a 5mm hex wrench, remove the bolts.
* Carefully remove the automatic transmission pan.
* Clean the pan of old oil and debris.

4. Replacing the automatic transmission filter:

* Find the old automatic transmission filter inside the pan.
*Remove the old filter and insert the new filter.

5. Installing the automatic transmission pan:

* Apply a new gasket to the automatic transmission pan.
* Reinstall the tray and secure it with bolts.
* Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque.

6. Filling with new oil:

* Using a funnel, pour new automatic transmission oil into the dipstick hole.
* Fill in about 5 liters of oil.

7. Checking the oil level:

* Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
* Shift gears one at a time, holding each gear for a few seconds.
* Stop the engine.

8. Adding oil:

* Remove the dipstick and check the oil level.
*Add oil if necessary to the recommended level.
* Reinstall the oil dipstick.

9. Resetting the oil change counter:

*Connect the diagnostic scanner to the car.
* Go to the automatic transmission control unit.
* Reset the oil change counter.

Note:

* It is recommended to change the automatic transmission oil every 50,000-60,000 km or more often if the car is operated in difficult conditions.
