* Trailer wiring diagram
* Trailer connector
* Wire stripper
* Electrical tape
Instructions:
1. Preparation of the trailer:
*Locate the trailer connector on the trailer.
* Open the trailer connector access panel.
2. Preparing the car:
*Locate the trailer wiring harness on the vehicle.
* Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Wire connection:
*Using the trailer wiring diagram, connect the vehicle wiring harness wires to the trailer wiring harness wires.
* To do this, use the following connections:
*Left turn: yellow wire (trailer) with green wire (car)
*Right turn: green wire (trailer) with brown wire (car)
*Brake lights: red wire (trailer) with red wire (car)
* Dimensions: brown wire (trailer) with blue wire (vehicle)
* Reverse (optional): white wire (trailer) with purple wire (car)
*Ground: black wire (trailer) to black wire (vehicle)
* Wrap the connections with electrical tape.
4. Trailer connector connection:
* Connect the trailer connector to the trailer wiring cable.
* Close the trailer connector access panel.
5. Shutdown:
* Connect the negative terminal of the battery.
* Check the operation of the trailer lights and signals.
