There are several reasons why oil may disappear from an automatic transmission:

* Leaks: Oil may leak from damaged gaskets, seals or seals. Inspect the transmission and surrounding components for signs of leaks.
* Excessive heat: High temperatures may cause oil to evaporate. Check the fluid level when the transmission is cold. If the fluid level is low, add oil and monitor the transmission temperature.
* Pump damage: The pump forces oil through the gearbox. If the pump is damaged, it may not produce enough pressure to circulate the oil. Check the operation of the pump and repair or replace it if necessary.
* Overflow: If too much oil is added to the transmission, it may overflow through the vent tube. This may cause oil leakage. Drain off excess oil and adjust the level to the correct level.
* Natural Evaporation: Over time, transmission oil naturally evaporates. This is especially true for transmissions operating at high temperatures or under severe conditions. Check the fluid level regularly and add if necessary.

If a leak is found, it is important to determine its source and fix it. Insufficient oil can cause serious damage to the automatic transmission.
